Global Medical Service Inc. is a Company specialized in offering the best marketing and referral service in the United States. We provide information on medical, surgical, and recuperation treatments as well as other related tourist packages in Dominican Republic and in the United States. We research, compile, gather and provide publicly available information for your personal use in order to make an informed decision about your medical treatment options outside of the country and within the United States and choosing the best one for you. The information we gather is public and not classified.

3.- A MEDICAL REFERRAL SERVICE.

Global Medical Service Inc. is a medical referral service. We provide our customers with information on medical and recuperation treatments, including therapy, transportation and hotel accommodations, translators and interpreter services. We by no means recommend or approve any healthcare provider, hospitals, clinics, doctors or travel agency posted in this site, or otherwise made available to you. We will only provide information in order to assist you in making the best and most appropriate decision when the time comes to choose your doctor and hospital facilities in the Dominican Republic and the United States. We will not discuss any issues regarding medical treatment. We provide information about doctors outside of the country and In the US. You can independently research their credentials in order to give you the option of choosing the most appropriate doctor for your situation. Information on doctors may proceed from the doctors' own resumes and files, or from those held by associations, hospitals, or health organizations. We do not recommend any of the doctors or hospital facilities listed on the website or otherwise made available to you for your desired medical treatment. We do not endorse any particular prognosis or therapy method. Medical praxis is at the doctors and patients' own risk. We advise you to seek and procure advice from your doctor or doctors in the United States before making any decision on medical treatment outside of the country or in the South Florida area. You must be aware that regulations and standards vary from those applicable inside the country.

You understand that we are not responsible or liable of any doctor, hospital, or treatment you choose including malpractice claims, negligence, lack of expertise, or any other of this kind that may arise directly or indirectly from any such advice, treatment or other related medical services. We are not responsible for the doctor, procedure or facility you choose for your medical treatment or related services.

Global Medical Service Inc. reserves the sole right to modify, add or remove parts of the present Terms and Conditions at any moment we think is necessary. We advise you to review the Terms and Conditions posted in this site frequently in order to keep updated in case any modifications or amendments are in place. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be immediately uploaded to the web page. The continued access to this site after the modifications will signify that you have accepted our new Terms and Conditions and are in accordance with them.

The sole purpose of this site is to provide accurate and up to date information on medical and recuperation treatments in the United States as well as tourism destinations in the Dominican Republic. 11.- APPLICABLE LAW.

This user agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the state of Florida. In connection with the interpretation and compliance hereof, the parties irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the County of Broward, hereby waiving any other forum which may correspond to them by any matter whatsoever.

12.- DOCUMENTATION.

We are not responsible for any kind of documents that may be required by the immigration authorities of the country you choose to visit, including passport or visa, but we will however provide any information you require regarding such documents.

13.- PAYMENT REGULATIONS.

All users may be required to pay through certified check, cash or credit card in order to confirm their bookings. Once the patient schedules the procedure, the users will be required to pay up to fifty percent (50%) deposit of the total estimated cost of the procedure to Global Medical Service Inc. in order to reserve the booking. Doctor, surgical and hospital fees will be held by the hospital until we receive a written approval from the user once the first appointment with the doctor is over.

14.- CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS.

All cancellations or modifications must be made prior to the initial deposit. If a cancellation is made after such deposit, Global Medical Service Inc. (www.globalsurgerycenter.com) reserves the right to retain 50% of the total amount of procedure and/or packages sold. The deposit is non-refundable.

If a modification is made to the original scheduled procedure(s) either by the patient's request or by the request of the Surgeon or anesthesiologist, a credit will be given to the patient in the amount equal to the cost of the newly formed package (retail cost of the procedure performed), plus any incidentals.

Airfares are subject to their own cancellation and modification fees. You hereby agree Global Medical Service Inc. has no control over such fees and cannot consider making any exceptions to these charges. Global Medical Service Inc. is not responsible for changes in airfares, flight schedules for departure or arrivals of your medical travel. Such changes are the sole responsibility of the airline contracted for your flight to and from the Dominican Republic.

15.- RATES, FARES AND PRICES.

Rates, fares and prices shown are in United States Dollars and are per person, such prices are valid thru the year 2010 and may be subject to change at any time before the scheduled day of departure.

16.- PRIVACY POLICY.

All the information collected from the users will only be used in order to facilitate the selection of the desired destination, medical procedure, transportation and hotel accommodations for our customers. We will by no means sell or share any of the collected information to any third party with out the prior authorization of the client.

17.- NON-DISPARAGEMENT.

If any party uses any third party entity to defame or slander that party they understand they have done so to slander or discredit and have done so out of malice and will be subject to civil action. Each Party agrees not to engage in any form of conduct, or make any statements or representations, that disparage or otherwise harm the other Party's reputation, goodwill, or commercial interests.
